Program/Project Manager (German Speaker)
One of our leading clients is looking for a Program/Project Manager (German Speaker) for a 24 month contract. The start date is January 2017.
The Program/Project Manager (German Speaker) should have 10 years of the following skills and experience:
- Microsoft Project
- Excel
- Resource Management
- Delivery Management
Job Description:
- People Management
- Schedule plan, Details Estimation
- Budget plan, Pricing and Profitability Monitoring, Manage financials within +/-10% of budget for projects assigned
- Create/Update Monthly financial and timeline status reports (Dashboards)
- Supporting RFP
- Coordination with onsite and client
- Project Monitoring
- Status Reporting
- BCP (Business continuity plan)
- Disaster recovery plan
- Vendor Management
- Facilitation of meetings
- Conduct meetings with appropriate users to gather requirements
- Create/Update Project Plan(s) and Charter and other SDLC documentation as appropriate
- Coordinate activities of the 3rd party vendor
- Document and track issues - escalate as appropriate according to governances
