Next Ventures are currently looking for the following:For an image management solution (to be used in Digital Pathology) we are looking for a consultant to create and prepare a high-level scope and strategy based on internal stakeholder interviews (mainly in Global Early Development Clinical Biomarkers & Companion Diagnostics (CBD) .
As part of the analysis, all planed data flows (short term and midterm) which include this image management solution should be discussed and documented.
The short and mid-term needs on image management have to be clearly defined - from the particular view of CBD; but also from a general Merck Biopharma R&D IT standpoint (eg Histopathology in Tox). The outcome should reflect how the solution fits into the overall context, by discussing the possible overlap/interfaces to related initiatives. In addition, the meta data which is stored along with the slide image (eg is the patient ID included etc.) should be identified, data privacy needs (for data storage) listed, result data usage catalogued and the level of validation to be identified together with R&D QA.
German and English speaking is a must.
