For our client in the Telecommunication industry we are currently looking for a 2nd level supporters with CBS/OCS experience for a perm position.

Background:
For an already running project the client needs support from Junior charging engineers/2nd level supporters.
Main Responsibilities:
- 2nd level technical support for CBS/OCS operation technical problems (eg analysing incoming Tickets, identifying missing information, communicating results to end client)
- Maintain technical customer satisfaction, both external and internal customers.
- Serve as technical contact point for Convergent Billing Solution and Online Charging System
- Secure the functionality and Non-function technical quality of deliveries in customer projects.
- Mediator between end-client requests and home base
- Provide ongoing customer support throughout implementation.
- Software loading, configuration, integration verification, and troubleshooting of existing solutions on a customer site or in a lab environment using clients products, 3rd party, or customized packages.
- Deployment management for packages following installation guide
- Test execution for CBS platform
- Delivery of support within predefined service level agreement.
- Define methods and process to lead both customers and internal resources through technical issue identification and analysis.
Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT industry
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience working for a telecommunication company N2H; Experience with
telecommunication companies (eg Lebara, Huawei, Vodafone.)
- 1-2 years with CBS/OCS billing platforms/software
- +3 years experience as technical 2nd or 3rd level support for Conversion Billing System platform
- Experience with test execution for CBS
- Experience with deployment management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of flexibility working effectively in situations involving uncertainty, change, or lack of information.
- Working experience in multi-cultural environments
- Self-starter with ability and ambition to work remotely, onsite with a specific customer for extended or dedicated periods of time.
- Ability to work across groups by setting mutual goals, ensuring clarity of roles, and working together in ways which enhance business effectiveness
- Over-night work needed sometime because of the technical operation on the customer production environment. (But company will pay the allowance)
- English fluency both verbal and writing is essential
