Large End User based in Germany carrying out a HUGE Workday Implementation for a minimum 6 month contract. You must be a German speaker, and willing to travel to Germany. Some remote work is available. #389 CLIENT- Large End User. ROLE- You will be part of a team carrying out a large Workday implementation for a major end user. Your key responsibilities will be to work on the Workday Talent & Performance Modules. The client is looking for someone who can carry out the functional elements of this implementation, and who understands how this would impact the business but who can also take part in the configuration and be is comfortable with all aspects of the implementation. CANDIDATE- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Workday, with at least 1 full lifecycle in Workday Talent & Performance. Certification is ideal, but not essential as experience doing both functional and technical elements of the implementation is more important. You MUST speak German as you will need to be able to communicate with the client and their team and you must also be a European Citizen as you may be required to travel throughout Germany and some other parts of Europe. Day Rate- €500 - €700 per day + Expenses.
