I am currently looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer who is looking to advance their career with a well-known, market leading Firewall vendor. Ideally they are looking for someone who can provide subject matter expertise to their customers will also raising staff security awareness. This role will be based in Frankfurt so the ability to speak German would be ideal.
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on the company's product in a language they can understand.
- Work alongside the operations team and provide subject matter expertise with any technical issues.
- Work alongside both the support and development teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor, maintain and improve customers network security.
- Respond to any network issues as they arise as quickly as possible.
Requirements
- Experience working with various Firewall Technologies such as Cisco/Checkpoint/Juniper/Palo Alto etc
- In depth knowledge of F5 Big IP
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Certifications within Network Security would be beneficial but not essential
