- Interactive Intelligent (ININ) Call Centre Functionalities
- Gateways (EMS Server), Network QoS
- Broadband requirements for Integration of Lync in Avaya and Cisco systems
- Must be speak fluent GERMAN and a working knowledge of English would be of an advantage.
