Supporting Business Systems Operations - Business Systems (BSO BS) with the DB Platform Migrations. As Technical Support Consultant you cover the tasks of a Technical Landscape Owner such as:
- Delivering technical support in complex, high-availability system landscapes
- Planning and executing activities such as DB platform migrations, installations, upgrades, system copies and other maintenance activities specific to various landscapes
- Providing technical expertise and support in optimizing and fine-tuning of systems
- Troubleshooting and driving resolution of system errors
- Landscape migration in close alignment with system owner and business priorities
- Collaborating with global infrastructure units such as Database, Server, Storage, Network and Backup
- Safeguarding system operations and ensuring a stable IT environment
- Ensure business continuity and adherence of SLAs

Strong knowledge of DB Platform Migration and SAP Basis Administrator
- Solid know-how of SAP Technologies (SAP Basis and NetWeaver certification highly beneficial)
- Strong customer focus, as well as strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills
- Ability to work well in a multicultural and multinational environment
- High level of motivation, flexibility and agility
- Strong German and English language skills
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Several years (3+) of DB Platform Migration, SAP NetWeaver and SAP Basis Administration experience
- Strong working knowledge in technical documentation and knowledge productization
- Working in international and virtual teams
