For a client project in Darmstadt I am currently looking for an Identity & Access Management Technical Project Manager.Location: Darmstadt, Germany
Start date: 01.12.2016
Duration: 3 months ++ (could extend up to 2 years)
Languages: English; German is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Consult the client in the area of implementing a large scale IAM solution as well as the business processes needed
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
- Hands on experience in leading implementation of large scale IAM solution
- Extensive know-how of industry standards and best practices involved in designing IAM business processes
- Experience in translation of business objectives to functional and technical requirements. Make recommendations based on standards and best practices
- Experience in managing IAM program, involving Identity Management, Single Sign-On, Federation (SAML, Oauth and similar protocols), Access Governance, Privileged Account Management
- Experience in Leading the design and development of use cases
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management solutions, such as OIM, OAM, SailPoint & NetIQ
- Strong understanding and working experience with SDLC frameworks
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- People management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Project Management suite
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
