- MS AD and Exchange
- Interactive Intelligent (ININ) Call Centre Functionalities
- Gateways (EMS Server), Network QoS
- Broadband requirements for Integration of Lync in Avaya and Cisco systems
Workload: Phase 1: 100% onsite, 5 days a week, Phase 2: 2-3 days/week onsite/remote mixed
The candidate must speak fluent GERMAN and a working knowledge of English would be of an advantage.
