Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,im Auftrag unseres Kunden suche ich zurzeit einen SCCM Spezialisten (m/w).
Skills:
• Provide operational support for day to day activities involving Software Distribution, Software Updates, Operating systems deployment, Maintenance Tasks in SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 and Group Policy Management.
• Provide incident and problem management support and proactively identify the shortcomings and provide solutions for sustained and predictable delivery of operational tasks using but not limited to Workplace Services.
• Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues with Software Update deployments, desktop migrations, Boot Images, OS Wim Images, Application deployments for clients and Group Policy’s for User and Clients.
• Advanced System Management skills to impact systems architectures and investigate system-wide technical problems
• Proactively identify and log bugs, e. g. general SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 availability, software packages, security Patches to relevant teams with thorough follow-up
• Collaborate with various support and development teams to improve the overall quality of delivery not just for the team but for the entire organization.
• Use technical expertise in Windows 7 (32 and 64 BIT) Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, Windows Server 2003 – 2012, MS Office 2010 and 2013, SCCM 2012 R2 SP1, System Center Update Publisher, System Center Endpoint Protection, SQL, PowerShell, VBS and Group Policy Management as well as other enterprise applications to automate manual tasks.
• Troubleshoot failures for the HP Managed Systems and the international Systems from the Customer. Analyze from SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 Log Files (Tasks Sequence Log Files, Inventory Log Files, Distribution Log Files, Client Log Files etc.) Identify system problems and recommend solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability.
• Maintenance Tasks on the SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 Backend.
• Assist in building, implementing and improving processes related with day-to-day SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 Operations.
• Creating MSI packages with customer standard tool “Wise Package Studio” and Adobe Application Packaging Wizard and other Tools from the Customer.
• Performs complex problem solving, determination and resolution of Application-related issues
• Performing the Microsoft patch management for Microsoft products (Windows XP / , Office ) and 3rd Party Supplier over SCUP (System Center Update Publisher)
• Responsible for the onsite customer UAT tests and documentation of application owner responsibilities
• Integration of Software packages and images, including task sequences, into the SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 infrastructure
