Beschreibung

Administration, organization and management tasks: - single point of contact provision - extra time for delivery of jobs, tasks or requirements, exchange of opinions about daily business and circumstances with influence to existing services - resource planning - daily check of team work capability (e.g. holiday substitutions and reassignment of tasks) - team know how exchange - communication and expertise exchange of specific ticket processing relevant client information - permanent internal sharing of information so that deputy rules will be optimized - cluster team meetings - status check, distribution and coordination of workload incl. meeting preparation and post processing - participate in status meetings - status reporting of all open cluster relevant developments (incl. meeting preparation and post processing) - ticket dispatching and re dispatching - monitoring of different ticket lists and tools and ticket assignment - service controlling - permanent managing, planning, tracking, controlling and reporting of incident, developments and small project items - organization and realizing of status meetings with the Service Experts - preparation of relevant information out of the core task for presentation in meetings (incl. post processing) - the Cluster Manager coordinates the service delivery from Germany and Near Shore employees and ensures the quality of the delivery within SLA Technical and solution implementation relevant tasks: - Implementation of related information provision within the cluster for optimization of cluster work by changing circumstances - Requirements and workload prioritization and reprioritization by the adjustment of task workloads - Provision of clarification for Escalations, De escalations and troubleshooting's - Setup, planning, coordination, controlling and reporting of small projects. - Verification of the technical concept / IT specifications for implementation readiness Technical / process skills: - experienced SAP ABAP developer with at least 5 years' relevant project experience - sound knowledge in SAP ABAP IV - basic knowledge in SAP ABAP OO - experienced in LSMW, reports, dialog programming user exits, BADI, enhancement points etc. - familiar with interfaces, ALE/IDOC, XI/PI and other Interfaces - familiar with technical documentation and able to writing programming specifications, check ITSDD's - advanced knowledge in customizing of vendor master customer master data, business partner master data (MDG) and material master data - familiar with ALE customizing (distribution model, reduced message types, changepointer writing) - SQL Database for creating SQL reports - familiar with classification (basics) and class system - process knowledge / application knowledge of partner and material master data on subject matter expert level - basics in transaction XK01/XK02/XK03/ XK07 create and change Vendor - basics in transaction XD01/XD02/XD03/XD07 create and change Customer - basics in transaction MM01/MM02/MM03 create and change Material - Microsoft Access and Excel Skills - Basics (MDG) desirable - address data maintenance (ADRMAS -> ADRC; ADR*, communication data) incident management: - subject matter expert role - first point of contact for distribution related topics - evaluation of solutions done by sub vendor - basic knowledge of SAP Solution Manager - roles - implementation manager / expert, tester / test coordination - excellent in negotiation and drawing conclusions - intercultural working experience with India staff preferred - organized and well planned workstyle - able to coordinate implementation (tracking of activities) - stress resistant, good team player Language skill: English (advanced, writing/speaking fluently), German nice to have Location: Cologne area Duration: , extension option Capacity: full time, on site
