Aufgaben
Support in the operational steering of the Workstream
? Support all related projects as an advisor
? Regular alignment with project leads to identify challenges early-on
? Cross- project alignment and mitigation with other workstreams and projects
? Attend regular meeting with different representatives from the line organization and other workstreams within ‘IT Transformation’
? Lead and steering of multiple projects
? Customer relation management and acquisition
? Public relations management
? Preparation and presentation of offers
? Development of a department strategy and improvement of the range of services

Fachskills
Competencies in strategy development and implementation (transformations)
Experience with controlling as a management tool
Expert knowledge in IT Service contract negotiation and management (e.g. IT Service Framework Agreements,
Transitional Service Agreements, IT Service Level Agreements, IT Baseload Agreements and pricesheets)
Expert knowledge and minimum 5 years of experience in the area of IT carve out projects
Proven experience in the cooperation with internal and/ or external auditors
Expert knowledge of the current contractual setup between EBS and its service recipients
Expert knowledge in negotiation and re-negotiation of contracts with IT service suppliers
Expert communication skills and proven ability to prepare senior stakeholder presentation material
Knowledge in the definition, evaluation and alignment of IT Service business cases Knowledge in
defining commercial and strategic KPIs for business case evaluation
Knowledge in IT product cost calculation
Proven experience in the area of IT Transformation and Cloudification
Expert knowledge in IT project controlling
Comprehensive understanding of the role of Business Services towards Clients Company
structure with regard to commercials and contractual topics
Substantial experience in companys projects on strategic management level such as
Transition & Transformation, IT Modernization or One2two IT CO
Self- confident and engaging manner
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent moderation and negotiation skills
High ability to cope with stress
Motivational skills
Leadership skills
Competencies in strategy development
Fluent in English and German (writing and speaking)
