Laufzeit: 01.12.2016 – 31.03.2017
Ort: Hannover
Volumen: 550 Std. On-site, 150 Std. Off-Site
Reisetätigkeit: gelegentlich, 30 Std.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Coordinate the creation of any kind of communication to the IT end users resp. the customers (like user guides or process descriptions)
- Deal with the customers Business Units resp. the IT units to fulfill their communication needs
- Publish resp. review articles and user guides
- Support IT project rollouts in regards of any communication needs
- Coordinate continuous improvement of the end user IT portal (myIT portal)
- Support in collecting and analyzing service issues raised by the IT end users
Ihr Profil:
- Project Management Skills
- Experience in preparing communication for IT projects and IT services
- Professional experience in IT, preferably in IT infrastructure in a pressurized environment
- Demonstrated ability to build valuable relationships with stakeholders, customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Excellent skills in Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS Office
- Strong organizational skills
