The Windows 3rd-Line team are responsible for BAU support (problem, incident, change and request fulfilment) and environment management (maintenance and vulnerability) of Microsoft Windows based server and client systems.
The Windows system administrator should have held a previous role in a large-scale Windows environment and your excellent technical ability and your in-depth knowledge of the processes required will enable you to provide technical support and guidance to business areas and other technical teams. In turn, senior members of the team will help you manage major system upgrades and infrastructure project delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will have considerable experience in advanced server support, Active Directory Support , System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Centre Operations Manager 2012.
