Business Analyst for data lifecycle delete process work
Process Improvements workstream develops the Customer and Counterparty Data Lifecycle / reference processes to ensure regulatory compliance and data quality. Project delivers As-Is analysis of the data lifecycle Delete process in Nordea, gathers the requirements to optimize the common To-Be Reference processes for legacies and CCM. The workstream’s task is to design and implement a common data lifecycle delete process for legacies and CCM Group-wide in Nordea. Process Improvements workstream is part of the Data Quality and Process Improvements project.
We are looking for a competent and experienced Business Analyst to join the project team in this journey.
Your areas of responsibility will be to:
- analyze existing Delete processes in legacies (4 countries, 4 systems) and CCM
- collect requirements from all relevant systems for the To-Be reference process
- define and implement Delete reference To-Be processes according to requirements and alignment with the CCD Program
- build a governance model showing roles and responsibilities for the Delete reference To-Be process.
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience of doing as-is process analysis, collecting requirements and doing gap-analysis
- Basic level understanding of data and data lifecycle management
- Experience of process development , reference process experience is a plus
- Good documentation skills , experience of using process drawing tools (Visio & MEGA)
- Ability to facilitate meetings with demanding business stakeholders
