My client, a large consultancy, is urgently looking for a Service Desk Support Specialiost for a 12 month contract in Bielefeld.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Call acceptance, Troubleshooting of hardware and software products (current owner), MDM and LAN, Installation of devices via software deployment, AD-Administration, Troubleshooting of the Conference unit and Call documentation.
