Beschreibung

We are looking for an SAP Support Desk Staff (English and German speaking) for our multinational client in Munich.

Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultants.

Support for administrative and maintenance for portfolio applications

  • Assignments of roles
  • handling of users, creation of new accounts
  • editing key configuration tables
  • monitoring jobs
  • defining and testing configuration changes including authorisations
  • updating the shared operational procedures documentation and
  • maintenance and routine tasks required for the portfolio of applications

In particular

  • Monitor mailboxes, projects and maintenance tickets, assigning items according to the availability of staff, the topic and the areas of competence; Note that a systematic prior oral check with the assignee is required at the beginning
  • Assign and remove roles including check of the prerequisites, assignment change, documentation
  • Create and revoke accounts including check of the prerequisites, account change, documentation
  • Master data and workflow updates including check of the prerequisites, data changes, documentation
  • Handle process requests for updated privileges, accesses, resources and parameter changes according to the available documentation
  • Produce basic statistics
  • Testing basic functions

Required experience and education

Adequate knowledge in the security and authorisation areas of SAP version ERP 6.0 for and some evidence of practical experience in the handling of role assignments in SAP

For the execution of the work, the contractor shall have knowledge and experience within an infrastructure as described below:

  • The client uses a strategic platform based on SAP ERP 6.0 as Enterprise Resource Planning. The current SAP release is EHP7 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 and the client also runs the SAP Portal. The active modules are FI, CO, MM, SD and PS
  • The Funds Management functionality (from IS-PS Public Sector) plays a central role across all finance areas.
  • For the support of HR services the client uses PA, PT, PY (salaries and Pensions), PE, PD as well as Travel Management - many services are available via the Portal.
  • Relevant business process analysis and modelling standards for creating the requested deliverables include BPMN, RACI and CMMN and the client has selected Casewise as enterprise modelling solution.

Language skills: Good communication skills in English and German.
