Responsibilities:
Analyze radio planning impact on sites which cannot be upgraded to target configuration
Identify the impact of the different consolidation options on radio planning
Coverage
Capacity
Kontrollierbarer Bereich
Prepare decision proposals for the different options L4L, kill sites, capacity upgrade,
Support transport planning and rollout to identify best option
Create required adaptation plan for the radio part

Quality of the decision analysis and proposal
Successfull excecution of dynamic consolidation
