Responsibilities;
- Provide excellent remote service to our client’s German customers; including automotive manufacturers, dealers, garage’s, and insurance company’s.
- Conduct 1st level customer support, on a large portfolio of digital applications and technologies
Qualification
- 2+ years of total professional experience in customer support or service roles
- Strong passion and interest in digital technologies
- Previous 1st level service experience
- Proficient in computer programs and MS office suite
- Native/Fluent German speaker; Good English language
