Tasks
• Determine required IT business solutions and assist the designer in implementing them.
• Conduct requirements - gathering activities, like analyzing ledger, static and rule data and conducting stakeholder and SME interviews.
• Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.
• Specifiying and performing tests.
• Collaborate with different partners of globally distributed team.
Requirements
• Min 8 years working experience in a smiliar position.
• Experience applying business analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of how to develop robust solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
• SQL knowledge is a must.
• Accounting knowledge and policies an asset.
• Experience in Data Warehousing.
Soft Skills
• Passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications.
• Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability.
• Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions.
• Communicative teamplayer.
• Hands On mentality.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. German is considered as a plus.
