Tasks
• Work in a small team within Wealth Management Distribution.
• Management and publishing of documents to web platform.
• Making sure documents are uploaded and published through an internal platform.
• Supporting end users to troubleshoot issues.
• Support IT when making changes and UAT testing (new document types).
• Business Objects Reports (set of internal reports).
• Run BO reports on a monthly basis and deliver them to stakeholders.
• Capability Reporting (monthly reporting for Institutional business).
• Support outsourced provider in case of issues.
• Once documents are received upload to internal document repository.
• Client Letters process (letters sent out to clients in case of corporate actions).
• Coordinate with letter shop and client notifications team to produce letters and send them out.
• Eyes check of quality.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in Process Management.
• Practical experience in financial industry.
• Knowledge in managing business productive tasks.
• Business process analysis, optimization skills.
• Practical experience in working with IT is considered as a plus.
Soft Skills
• Great organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. German is considered as a plus.
