For one of my clients i am currently looking for a temporary officer (m/f) for the Guideline Monitoring and Reporting Team which is part of the Investment Compliance.You will be part of a cooperative pan-European Investment Compliance team and will be responsible for supporting this team to provide effective, efficient, high quality and proactive compliance monitoring services.
The Investment Compliance function covers all investment related compliance topics within the process chain.
Tasks:
- You are responsible for actively supporting the team in its daily monitoring and reporting business.
- This focuses on answering guideline breach related auditor inquiries and preparations for upcoming ISAE and company Audits (potentially the deployment could be continued by regular monitoring tasks, e.g. analysis of guideline breach alerts generated by the Compliance system MIG21 and following up such breaches, reporting tasks or other special tasks)
Skills:
- Good knowledge of financial instruments including derivates
- Practical experience with investment guideline monitoring and monitoring systems (MIG21 preferred)
- Fluent spoken and written English (German skills are of advantage)
Should:
- Academic graduation (area of Finance/Asset Management preferred)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Reliable, precise, and service-orientated working attitude
- Team Player with high motivation and strong communication skills
- Pleasure and ability to work in an international business environment
