RESPONSIBILITIES• Leading the national Program Management Office (PMO)
• Manage all central GU7 programme planning, tracking and reporting functions across all Subprojects (Acquisition, MW, POC, Radio, etc.)
• Proactively develop initiatives to ensure program is delivered in accordance with the master-plan
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and development of PM-Database
• Provide National Programme Management leadership towards the Subproject Managers in regards of GU7 reporting and project management requirements
• Support E2E Implementation Manager in Budget creation and budget tracking
• Deputise & represent E2E Implementation Manager in times of absence;
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE
• Should have 10 years of work experience within the area of Network Rollout Project Management
• Experience to lead Subproject Managers is required
• Strong organization and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Should have proven and deep knowhow in MS Office applications esp. Excel, Power Point and Project.
• Experience to work with Project Management tools like NetSite or APT is an advantage
• Good presentation and moderation skills
• Should have a technical understanding of 2G, 3G. LTE and Microwave Network architecture and civil works activities
• Experience in budget creation and tracking
• Fluent in English & German
