We are Kommlink- an IT Recruitment company and for one of our clients we are looking for a Director / Senior Manager Technology


Main Tasks:
• Analysis of existing overall technical architecture of one of Germany's largest insurance companies
o Technical & business process gap analysis
o Commerce & digital marketing platform evaluation
o Enterprise backend system integration evaluation
• Developing of a future roadmap for a digital transformation program
o Technical future architecture blueprint design
o Business case calculation inputs incl. technical capacity modelling
o Functional & non-functional requirements gathering involving all relevant stakeholders
o Creation of business & technical solution design documents
o Creation of technical roadmap & definition of delivery approach
o Definition of roll-out approach
o Definition of operations & support approach
• Execution of the digital transformation program
o Technical oversight of the digital transformation program
o Technical oversight of the international roll-out
o Technical oversight of operations and support

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in at least one the following areas
o Digital marketing platforms
o Commerce
o Customer Relationship Management platforms
o Integration of enterprise backend systems
o Enterprise middleware
• Technical and business analysis experience
• Architecture & IT landscape auditing experience
• Experience with overseeing large international technical engagements
• Insurance experience is welcome but not a must
