A global Swiss Bank is looking for an IT Business Analyst (f/m), to help improving the validation standards.

Tasks
• Ensure security controls comply with industry best practic.
• Good understanding of endpoint security management.
• Provide assistance with check development to Subject Matter Experts.
• Develop, adapt and improve hardening/security assurance standards for various IT platforms.
• Create, maintain and update documentation in knowledge base.
• Investigate root causes for common baseline check failures.
• Escalate and liaise with internal/external groups when require.
• Work with colleagues to determine requirements, testing and developing compliance checks.

Requirements
• Experience in Operating system/middleware hardening and security audits.
• Some experience in IT/Cyber Security or System Engineering.
• Ability to implement audit checks based on Center for Internet Security benchmarks.
• Establish standard document with best practises for 10-12 platforms.
• POSIX permissions model: RBAC, SUID/SGID, sticky bits, octal/symbolic notation etc.
• Ability to understand and write/modify .NET-compatible Regular Expressions.
• Ability to set up a working lab environment required for testing of checks/standards.
• Good understanding of:
o Configuration parameters in Apache, Tomcat and IIS.
o Administrative security settings in most important in UNIX (AIX, Solaris, RHEL). Windows and ESXi would be a plus.
o Common infrastructure, including Active Directory, GPO and Kerberos.
o User database roles, permissions-model, security settings in Oracle/Sybase/MS-SQL.
• Familiarity with technologies and tools such as SELinux, netstat, grep, process table etc.
• Previous experience with Symantec™ Control Compliance Suite.
• Familiar to work in a global environment, ideally within the finance industry.

Soft Skills
• Teamplayer with strong communication skills.
• Very good stakeholder management (Teams are located in different locations).
• Able to prioritize own workload with minimal supervision.
• Able to cope with stress.
• Banking experience would be a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. German is considered as a plus.
