Tasks
• Be responsible for 3rd Level Support, including change implementation of enterprise class remote computing solutions.
• Respond and provide support to escalations from 1st Level and 2nd Level Support teams.
• Be responsible for the management of the global Citrix, VMware and remote access infrastructure incidents during EMEA hours.
• Participate, provide support and coverage during BCM tests.
• Follow company standards and procedures including security and change control.
• Participate in projects may these be from initial technical evaluation phase to providing design and implementation plans, to respective stakeholders according, to project requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external global partners.
Requirements
• Min. 3 years of experience in supporting Citrix XenApp 6.5 & 7.6 infrastructures and Remote Access infrastructures in a large scale enterprise environment.
• Solid experience with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Netscaler Technology.
• Brief knowledge of VMware ESX.
• Ability in application deployment via SCCM, Citrix Web Interface, Citrix Storefront and Citrix Edgesigh.
• Good technical understanding of Windows infrastructure core components and troubleshooting skills.
• Practical experience with Juniper SA SSL VPN appliances and other VPN Technologies would be an advantage.
• Profound networking knowledge would be an advantage.
• Visual Basic and Powershell scripting knowledge would be considered as a plus.
