Project Director of Video Solution
Main Responsibilities:
The PD is the project CEO and is responsible for attaining project objectives.

Specific responsibilities include:
Supporter for Winning the contract (W): responsible for the whole process operation management of the project team, support the project to win a contract;
Responsible for the Financial Result(F): responsible for the revenue, cost, profit for the project.
Leader for resource coordination (R):Coordinate resources to formulate and ensure effective implementation of the project delivery strategy and solution.
Responsible for customer relationship and customer satisfaction have regular communication with customer CXO/SVP/VP level, establish governance model and communication channel, manage customer relationship and expectation, involve big change decision making through Steering Committee, Push customer to cooperate for solve the difficult.
Responsible for the High delivery Quality manage Project team, identify and manage the major issues and risks, instruct the PM to implement the project management and do performance appraisal for the members of the project;
Builder for knowledge and capability building through personnel obtain and empowerment, make team members with qualified knowledge and skill. In the practice of project, output project implementation method theory, the experience and lessons as an organizational asset.
At least 15 years of experience in Telco, 10 years in Project director or project manager position.
Have experience to lead a large-scale of delivery team up to 50+ across different functions
Fluent English, German is preferred. Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
Customer-facing experience is a must
Video technology and project delivery experience is a mandatory. Work experience for Ericsson/Cisco/Microsoft is preferred.
