My Client are doing a pre-study and process definition of customer on boarding - focusing on KYC Scoring, Scanning, Blacklist monitoring by interacting with business segments Pvt Clients, MSB, IB, etc. The outcome expected is a recommendation for either storing the customer data in the new CRM or any other new system.
They need someone who can define functional processes to create a central Customer master data.
They also nee a Business Analysis skills who can focus and lead the project (interaction with business).
You must be able to speak German to a business standard, and have a good understanding of the KYC, Customer On-Bording process.
At least 8 + years experience in KYC/On-boarding
Stakeholder Management Skills
10+ Years Banking
Process Defenition is a must
MDM (Master Data Management) is a must
