Position Title: GUL RF Planning & parameter Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

G/U/L parameter audit.
-
Communicate with customer as client interface for parameter inconsistency check and submit correction proposals.

Generate weekly parameter consistency check result report.
-
Import and export parameter setting from different customer systems.
-
Be in charge of daily communication with customer/Huawei related team.

Support parameter planning tasks from other team.
-
Technical communication and clarification with customers.

Help in establishing technical processes..
Qualifications:
-
Fluent in English speaking. German speaking is preferred.
-
More than 5 years radio network optimization experience in GSM/UMTS/LTE technologies.
-
Familiar with Huawei U2000.

Experience with TEF radio network parameter planning tools(Atoll, CCM,CRM, Etc)
-
Successful team cooperation experience in similar project.

Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) Degree
-
Expertise in 3GPP protocols and generic algorithms.

Team spirit and good intercultural/interpersonal communication skills.
