Aktuell unterstützen wir einen unser Kunden mit bei der Suche nach einem Projektmanager. Es handelt sich um ein international tätiges Pharmaunternehmen mit Sitz in Süddeutschland.Aufgaben:
- Planning of the projects according to the Project Management standards including gate reviews, risk tracking & mitigation
- Develop a project execution plan and responsibility for the follow up of this plan
- Monitor all project related timelines and processes, monitor and take appropriate action on potential risks and opportunities
- Leadership for a cross function team to identify and execute a plan to agreed parameter (time and costs related) to achieve the business Need
- Identify project risk and develop / implement a risk mitigation plan
- Support the sourcing plan and evaluation for any project
- Appropriate communication to all stakeholders of the project (internally and externally)
- Timeline adherence
- Develop alternate plan scenarios and formulate recommendations
- Leading of meetings striving to solutions within the Project
- Define and track / monitor the timelines of each projects identify gaps, develop possible solutions and participate in respective meetings for continuous improvement
- Collect and report process Performance
Background:
- Scientific degree (e.g. pharmacy/chemistry), Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry, project management programs
- Multi-year work experience in project management within a supply chain environment and an excellent knowledge of tools, technics and Standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English language for internal & external audiences at all levels of Management
- Excellent communication & management skills for internal project members and external suppliers
- Excellent stakeholder management on different Levels
- Able to work in a cross functional matrix organization
- Keen, analytical, creative and a pro-active (technical) problem solver
- Accuracy
- Team worker
- German / English
