BSS Test Manager

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a BSS TEST Manager (English speaking) to join their business in NRW Germany.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product & system integration throughout engineering lifecycle
- Lead integration team to meet product and system requirements within the budget, quality and timescales set for the project
- As Integration Manager you will plan, integrate, execute and track logical and progressive integration of the BSS(OCS/CRM/BILLING) System,
- Manage system internal and external interfaces by developing the strategy, plans and procedures with the team to execute product requirements and mitigate risks.
- Understand and apply systems engineering methods, understanding the technology and its interfaces to ensure smooth and comprehensive integration
- Participate in the architecture development to ensure the overall functionality can be achieved through the integration of the elements
- Work with other engineering stakeholders and discipline specialists (where necessary) to gain an understanding of the system, the level of integration needs and risks and develop integration strategies
- Maintain the relationship with customer and stakeholders
- Assure proper communication within the project team about the integration activities, plans and risks
- Identify and manage Non Disclosure Agreements with Third Parties
- Manage 3rd Parties during integration activities

Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- At least 8 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of experience working for a Telecommunication company or OCS, Billing/ CRM vendor in a System Integration role
- English fluency both verbal and writing is essential
- Works effectively in situations involving uncertainty, change, or lack of information.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good customer management skills
- Self-starter with ability and ambition to work remotely, onsite with a specific customer for extended or dedicated periods of time.
- Ability to work across groups by setting mutual goals, ensuring clarity of roles, and working together in ways which enhance business effectiveness
- Able to work on a multi-cultural environment
