Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:
Support for internal Carve-Out project: Asset & License Transfer to the end customer:
- Support in asset & license data collection
- Support of clarification of carve-out-parts for relevant Software-products
- Communication with software vendors, clarification of details
- Preparation of all necessary license transfer documents (adaption of templates, given by the project lead)
- Support in creation of the Asset Transfer Agreements
- Collection of data and maintaining of the data base
Erforderliche Skills:
- Experience in the IT sector
- Solid economic know-how and financial background ideally combined with technical knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Ability to capture contracts in short time
- To be familiar with service- and license contracts
- English and German
Well-developed communication skills coupled with power of endurance
