Ihre Aufgaben:
• contact the client and introduce our customers and the subcontractor to carry out the survey, installation and field support process
• Perform the site survey and create an IT-concept
• follow up with the client on all issues related to this process
• take care of the client’s needs and requests related to this process
• perform the site survey together with the dealer`s technician
• Check correctness of dealer answers in site pre-check questionnaire during site survey
• Receive site layout plan from dealer
• advice the client about options and suggestions to order more devices
• site survey: check internet performance, document existing LAN and WLAN-network, sketch a layout of the rooms where devices will be installed, determine locations of devices, power supply plugs and network plugs together with customer, make dealer aware of his responsibility to provide the infrastructure, document existing hardware
• prepare purchase order of hardware and software together with customer
• During installation: supervise our Customers and Customers technician, document installation (with photos, exact position of hardware in floorplan, etc.)
• after installation: train dealer sales personnel in using the installed devices (applications only, not hardware setup training or similar), duration: less than 60 minutes
• obtain signed acceptance
• communicate written report of results of site survey and of installation to our customers

• able to train the users and sales team on site
• able to execute small site installations on his own together with dealer technician
