My client is urgently looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join a project in Frankfurt, Germany for a 4 month rolling contract.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Good knowledge of Identity and Access Management with a fair understanding of DELL 1IM.
Strong leadership skills to lead the team of 8+ business analysts
Daily monitoring and tracking of deliverables to meet the deadline.
Need command on communication as the role will involve working closely with client on delivery status and with current employees on convincing new feasible access model.
The role is techno-managerial so requires experience both on the technical side of analysis as well as experience managing teams.
