Start Date - Immediate
Daily Rate - 330 euros
Employment Type - 12 month contract
Job Description:
*Taking direction from the Team lead, the incumbent provides a full range of services essential for the operation of client computers and peripherals that are maintained by Local Services.
*This is a senior-level technical position, requiring a wide variety of experience in supporting technology in a complex environment.
*Duties include level 1 and 2 support of IT applications, products and Installs server cabinets.
*Conduct support operations on day-to-day basis
*Practical understanding and knowledge of ITIL processes
*Hardware procurement and stock management
*Experience in a busy service desk/local support environment
*Must have excellent customer facing qualities
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office .
*MCP or equivalent in Microsoft Windows XP/2003
*Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook
