Good understanding of ITIL methodology
Experience in ISO 27001/ISO 20000/TL9000
Experience to implement processes into a new operations ste-up
Understanding of quality measures and SLA implementation in Managed Services
Able to set-up and steer customer meetings, work with customer
Able to identify improvement areas and optimisation
Very good Presentation skills
Experience in Managed service delivery projects
Commercial principles awareness
