Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Basic parameters:
permanent employment or self-employed
full time
duration: 27.06.2016 -30.09.2016
location: Berlin
Tasks:
Respond to, record and track all interactions, incidents and requests reported via telephone, e-mail or in-person in our ticketing system, in an efficient and effective manner
Evaluate, trouble-shoot and follow-up on customer issues
Drafts / maintains Knowledge Articles on our internal wiki
Must-Have-Skills:
Recent graduates from undergraduate or graduate degree programs in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields are also eligible to apply
Experience in dealing with customers
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Familiarity with Atlassian products: JIRA and Confluence, but not mandatory
Windows Operating Systems
General understanding of PC/Hardware maintenance and repair
Working Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange
