Beschreibung

Support der Länderversion SAP HR Personalabrechnung Polen inklusive der Unterstützung des Projektteams
bei der Einführung der Personalzeitwirtschaft an den Standorten in Polen.
Der Support umfasst ca. 3000 Mitarbeiter an den Standorten in Polen.

Aufgaben:
- Support der SAP HR Personalabrechnung der Länderversion Polen
- Rückstellungsbildung innerhalb des Abrechnungsschemas
- Einführung der Folgeaktivitäten, sowie gesetzliches und tarifliches Reporting
- Erstellen der Buchungsüberleitung in SAP FICO
- Unterstützung des Projektteams
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption der Migration

Sonstiges:
- Nachweisbare Einführungsprojekte für die Personalabrechnung SAP HR Polen obligatorisch
- Vorortpräsenz erwünscht
- Projekterfahrung im Automotive Sektor wünschenswert

- Support posting to SAP FICO
- Support Project team
- Support for migration concept

Anforderung:
SAP HCM / HR (Human Resources) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
SAP HCM PY (Payroll) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.

SAP HR PY Poland +++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
Globales Einmandantensystem // Global one-client system + (trained), 0-2 yrs.
SAP HR PA Poland +++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
