Main Responsibilities:
- Daily Business: Ensure 24/7 operation for Incident Management and Service Request handling
- Process, Transition & Continuity Management
- Escalation management
- Tool and supplier management
- Documentation management
- Reporting
Qualifications:
- Min. 5 years experience in Fixnet Business Customer provisioning process
- Very good process documentation skills
- Experience to implement processes into a new operations step-up
- Good understanding of workflow tooling
- Flexibility to take-over variations of the role
- Able to set-up and steer customer meetings, work with customer
- Able to identify improvement areas and optimisation
- Familiar with outsourcing principles
- Fluent German language
