Ihre Aufgaben:
- Tracking of progress
- Independent Management of the BIK (Benefits in Kind) project
- Delivery of training
- Review and Finalization of Tax Matrix for all Benefits in Kind
- Documentation of new processes
- Review and improvement of processes
- Reconciliation of invoices with SAP
- Completeness check
- Documentation for future VAT audits
- Work on a implementation for a tax reporting tool (external software bought, but support needed)
- Finalization of Benefits-in-Kind Project including all necessary processes implemented, complete documentation of new process and implementation of sustainable processes for Benefits in Kind (might be including a tool implementation project)
Ihre Qualifikation
- Long experience in running accounting relevant projects with ability to drive them independently
- Excellent communication skills with positive attitude
- Decent project management skills
- Experience in Benefits in Kind taxation in Germany for wage tax and VAT
- Business proficient English
