- Min of 6 Years of Experience required on Data Centre Operations.
- Experience in Physical Touch and feet support at Data Centre
- Min of 6 Years of Experience required on VMware / Windows
- Basic Understanding on Windows Administration (DHCP, AD, DNS, Print Services)
- Min of 6 Years of Experience required on VMware / Windows
- Role of the System Administration is to perform day to day support on the server like administration, housekeeping, maintenance, upgrade of OS, supporting Hardware problems co-ordination with Vendors, performing Security related controls and checks.
- Support On-Call 24X7.
- Work on major severity and complex server issue.
- Backup and restore VMWare servers and virtual sessions.
- RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission.
- Planning and implementing fixes / Patches
- Performance and capacity management on Windows servers
- Complex Health Checking.
- Analyze Problems & escalate to appropriate Levels.
- Act on Day to Day House Keeping tasks by using tools & scripts
- Administration of physical and virtual storage infrastructure in complex heterogeneous environments
- Understanding deployment of infrastructure in cloud environments
