Test Managers:

1. 4 years Quality & Test management experience with a proven track record of complex delivery in the Telecommunications industry
a. Experience in defining the test strategy, plans, metrics, reports, communication and stakeholder management plans.
b. Proven experience of managing and maintaining quality standards
c. Extensive experience of communicating within a large organisation with a proven track record for delivering results
d. Extensive experience of International working and delivering within a matrix organisation in geographically dispersed locations with differing cultural backgrounds.
e. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to adjust own style to suit audience and achieve objectives
f. Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
g. Excellent organisational skills
h. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
i. Knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process
j. Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools
k. People skills, especially advocacy skills
l. Planning and management skills
m. Knowledge of the telecom domain, system Integration and testing
2. Desirable Skills:
a. ISEB, ISTQB or Prince2 Certified
b. Understanding of M2M Domain or Services
c. Understanding of Application architecture, enterprise integration, SOA or ESB
