Tangent International are urgently looking for a German Speaking Operational Business Process Analyst to work a 3 month rolling contract in Germany (Munich or Hamburg)
'Task/Deliverables Description'
- Create an operational Handbooks
- Process documentation
- Implement processes into a new operations set-up
- Set-up and steer customer meetings, work with customer
- Identify improvement areas and optimisation
- Define quality measures and SLA implementation
Candidate Skills and Requirements
'Requirements/Prerequisits'
- Experience in Managed service delivery projects
- Commercial principles awareness
- Some experience in Project management
- Min. 5 years experience in Fix net Business Customer provisioning process
- Good understanding of workflow tooling
- Flexibility to take-over variations of the role
- Very good Presentation skills
- Familiar with outsourcing principles
