For our client’s IT Infrastructure Reporting project we are searching an IT Infrastructure Security Expert to drive the project and actively engage in designing and reviewing the new reports – together with a small team working on the overall monthly security reporting as well as the SMEs/Managers in the various IT Infrastructure domains.The IT Security expert should be familiar with IT Security KPIs/Metrics and management reporting/ management dashboards, as well as being an expert in IT Infrastructure.
Tasks & Deliverables
• Design and review IT Network Security KPIs / metrics aligned with industry best practice and our client’s detailed IT Security Strategy
• Review and analyze additional KPIs/metrics planned for 2016
• Adjust existing KPIs as needed; design and implement new KPIs and metrics for a) new and for b) rudimentarily measured IT Security strategy domains in close collaboration with SMEs and managers from various parts of the bank’s CISO area, Technology Divisions and the Balanced Scorecard Team.
• Review, update & implement process for design and implementation of new KPIs
• Investigate, recommend/design and where feasible implement automation solutions for the reporting of IT Infrastructure Security KPIs/Metrics
• Actively drive the project, leveraging the working group of divisional SMEs and providing regular management updates on the project
Required Skills / Experience
• Expert knowledge and multi-year work experience in IT Security; detailed knowledge of latest
IT Security topics and Industry Common Practice
• Expert knowledge and multi-year work experience in IT networks
• Knowledge of Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Unix, Linux, VMware. Oracle DB, Sybase and Storage Devices
• Extensive experience in the creation of management reports, dashboards and presentations on senior management level
• Profound experience with and knowledge of management information systems (KPI + metrics)
• Experienced and able to work with multiple teams across the globe in various time zones, hereby handling multiple tasks in parallel
• A self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills,
“hands-on” and “can-do” personality
• Excellent analytical skills and focused work attitude
• Excellent English skills (verbally and written)
• Very good Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
• Network security certifications such as CCNP Security are an advantage
The person is expected to work onsite on a time & material basis with the existing team.
