For our client focussing on the packaging material industry, specifically dispensing systems for the pharma/MD industry, we are looking for a Quality specialist to help them out temporarily (until September) for the final stages of their new product launch.
Their latest product is mechanical pump system including an add-on electronic counting system. This is the first time that they are in the electronic niche, but it is not necessary to have that background per se.
Currently they are at the very final stages of the project, but they still have to do all the qualifications and there no internal resource to take care of it. They still have to do some testing which has to be planned and coordinated, as well as the preparation for the real routine assembly.
From a quality perspective, inspection plans should still be defined and the SOPs as well. Moreover, manual assembly equipment needs to be validated. Therefore, they are looking for someone who can start ASAP who has experience in the quality field, ideally medical device or pharma/packaging/automotive. This person needs to be able to perform the role on his or her own and speak very good English and German.
Skills we are looking for:
*Good experience (preferably 3+ years) in a pharma or medical devices role, focussing on the qualification and validation of processes and products.
*Ideally some decent SAP knowledge
*Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills in English and German.
