Für unser Kunden-Projekt suchen wir ab Juni einen/eineProgram Management Officer (PMO) / Team Member (m/w)
Start: ASAP / 02.05.2016
Laufzeit: 31.07.2016 (+ Option auf Verlängerung) , 430 Stunde(n) Onsite, 50 Remote
Einsatzort: Hannover
Aufgaben:
Business IT is running a transformation program ("TOGETHER TO THE TOP") mainly focusing on behavior, leadership and culture changes within the Business IT to cope with the given challenges of the business and the market.
The program contains several sub-projects, a project team of 12 team members and is covering all international Business IT regions.
The design & analysis phase of the program is currently being finalized before the implementation phase will be started during the next days.
We are short-term looking for a member of the Program Management Office who will act in a steering, coordinating and supporting role for the Program Lead and the project team. Working in an international environment and with executives up to board level is part of the role.
Skills:
- Strong experience in Powerpoint
- Good experiences in projects or similar PMO-role
- English / German
Soft skills:
- High motivation and enthusiasm for the topic
- Enjoying working in an international environment
- Strong communication skills in English (and German)
- "Can do" attitude to push things forward and create visible results
- Able to work under time pressure
