Plan and coordinate the OE process and tool integration implementation and operationalization
Ongoing contact for OEs, OE End2End managers and regional project managers
Project management, work planning and stakeholder management
Develop and agree an integration work plan and initiate projectErforderliche Kenntnisse
Profound understanding of the Service Integration Future Mode of Operations concept, process and tool architecture and guiding principles
Ability to communicate, resp. promote the service integration concept
Extensive experience with ITIL Framework / IT Service Management
Account management and customer communication skills
Good German and English language skills
