PMO Manager (m/w)We are an IT service provider for projects, expert leasing and personnel procurement. We work with around 800 employees for well-known and renowned enterprises.
For one of our clients in Niedersachsen we are currently looking for a freelance PMO Manager.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Lead, motivate and manage the performance of the PMO team
- To carry out effective and timely performance management of the PMO Team as required
- Provide support, coaching and mentoring to PMO staff to ensure that all objectives and commitments are fulfilled in line with expectations, agreements and standards.
- Ensure project milestones, risks, issues, controls and benefits are monitored and reported on through the establishment of suitable processes
- Provide executive/senior management with a consolidated view of project status
- Professional Qualification in programme / project management, ideally Prince 2.
- Demonstrate at least five years recent experience of managing and/or leading in a similar role.
- Experience and a thorough working knowledge of Portfolio Management, Programme Management, Project Management, Project/Programme/Portfolio Office.
- Ability to manage, motivate and engage staff successfully
- Excellent persuasive communication, negotiating and influencing and relationship building skills at a senior level
- 10 years or more overall IT experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing large and complexProjects and Programme Management Offices
- very good English skills
