- Experience in SAP Order to Cash configurations, business requirement mapping and working with global technical team on issues. Experience also on Sales and Distribution.
- Working directly with business users to understand the problem or issue and provide solutions independently.
- Identify technical functionality that aligns with desired new business capabilities
- Create business requirements for minor to moderate break/fix or enhancements
- Plan and manage user acceptance testing activities
- Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment
- Understanding of SAP Warehouse Management functionality
