- You will have Expertise in SAP Order to Cash configurations, business requirement mapping and working with global technical team on issues. Expertise on Sales and Distribution.
- Work directly with business users within Arthrex to understand the problem or issue and provide solutions independently.
- Identify technical functionality that aligns with desired new business capabilities
- You Create business requirements for minor to moderate break/fix or enhancements
- Plan and manage user acceptance testing activities
- Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment
- Assist with day to day production support as needed
- Experience or understanding of SAP Warehouse Management functionality.
- Previous Pharma or medical industry is a plus
